Carne Argentina is a seal that has been forged for more than 20 years in Cordoba, Argentina, with the union of our families and a single objective, to expand to the world one of the greatest treasures: the love for a well-done barbecue with a lot of passion. Back in Córdoba, Argentina, all this began with a ritual that we shared in our home with friends and acquaintances.

The way meat is cut in Argentina is unique in the world. The result is its juicy texture and special flavor. The union of our families comes from two provinces, Córdoba and Entre Ríos, totally dedicated to cattle breeding, mainly selected steers, fed in open fields and with the richness of the Paraná River that bathes the most tender and natural pastures of the region.

The breeding in that area and the transfer to the islands make the meat an exclusive quality. Our grandfathers Pedro and Clemente instilled in us the love for the Angus breed. Pedro, a fanatic of the breeding in the Paraná Islands and Clemente, a seasoned in the tannery business. All this made us think that our family history was a seal that we had to transfer to you in every cut and dish served.
